- Endoscopy Center is without power and rescheduling patients.
- CLOSED/NO POWER: Maple Valley Urgent Care; Newcastle and Maple Valley Dermatology; Fairwood, Newcastle, Lake Wilderness, and Lake Sawyer Primary Care; Lifestyle Medicine in Covington and Maple Valley.
- We continue to experience high call volume. Cancel or reschedule online at mychart.valleymed.org. If you have an impacted appointment, your care team will contact you.
- Thank you for your patience as we make sure our staff and patients are safe.
Recognize a Caregiver
We recognize exceptional staff through a variety of programs created to both formally and informally thank them. Driven by patient and peer input, we honor team members who have gone the extra mile through Employee and Provider of the Month programs, BEE Award, DAISY Award and Thank a Caregiver program. See our options below for recognizing a team member at Valley that made a difference in your life:
- Provider (physician, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant): Send a note of gratitude.
- Nurse: nominate them for a DAISY Award.
- Nurse leader: nominate them for a DAISY Leader Award.
- Non-nursing staff member: nominate them for a BEE Award.
- Send a gift to a staff member through our Online Gift Shop.
- Share thanks with a current or former staff member.
- Make a donation to Valley in honor of an individual that has passed away through the Tribute Program.
