Cafeteria & Espresso Bars
Visitors and other guests are welcome to dine at Trendz Café. Located on the third floor of the main hospital, Trendz offers a variety of fresh menu options, hot entrees, snacks and beverages.
Espresso Bars
Valley has three espresso bars on campus. Vibes Espresso Bar is located on the third floor of the hospital near Trendz Café. Skybridge Espresso Bar can be found on the third floor of the Medical Arts Center adjacent to the skybridge on the north end of campus. The third, Legacy Espresso Bar, is located near the main lobby between the surgical entrance and Emergency Department. All of the espresso bars serve espresso, brewed coffee and teas, a variety of light snacks, such as muffins, bagels, fruit, salads, juices and soup.
- Vibes Espresso & Deli: On the third floor of the hospital, adjacent to Trendz Café, Vibes offers an assortment of coffee drinks, tea, smoothies and snacks.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 6 AM to 2 PM - Legacy Espresso Bar: Located near the main hospital lobby between the surgery and emergency departments, Legacy offers an assortment of coffee drinks, smoothies, snacks and made-to-order sandwiches.
Hours: 7 days a week, 24 hours a day - Skyway Espresso Bar: Conveniently located on the third floor of the Medical Arts (MAC) Center near the parking garage skybridge. Skyway serves an assortment of hot & cold beverages, continental breakfast items, sandwiches and snacks.
Hours: Monday-Friday 6:30 AM to 3 PM
Valley Moving to Cashless Payments July 1, 2026
Beginning July 1, Valley will transition to cashless payment options in our cafeterias, coffee stands, room service, and pharmacies.
Why is this change happening?
Earlier this year, the U.S. government stopped minting pennies due to rising production costs. Washington State also requires specific rounding rules for cash transactions, creating operational challenges for existing pharmacy and retail payment systems.
Accepted Payment Methods
Valley will continue accepting:
- Visa/Mastercard
- Apple Pay/Google Pay
- Employee badge pay (where available)
Access to Food and Medications
Please alert a staff member if you have no other way to pay besides cash. Assistance options are available.
We appreciate your understanding as we make this transition.
Debit cards, Visa/MasterCard, and Apple Pay/Google Pay are accepted at Trendz Café and all espresso bars. Gift cards also available.
