Starting Nov. 9, Valley Medical Center will activate two-step verification for all MyChart accounts. This extra layer of security helps ensure your personal health information stays protected. When logging in, you’ll be prompted to verify your identity by entering a six-digit code that will be sent to you via email or text message.

You can now confirm and cancel appointments with a simple text message. And starting Nov. 13, if you have a credit/debit card on file in MyChart, you will be able to pay bills by text, making it easier than ever.
