Important Update: 2-Step Verification for MyChart Accounts

Starting Nov. 9, Valley Medical Center will activate two-step verification for all MyChart accounts. This extra layer of security helps ensure your personal health information stays protected. When logging in, you’ll be prompted to verify your identity by entering a six-digit code that will be sent to you via email or text message.

Valley Medical Center MyChart patients receive paperless billing: Billing statements will deliver directly into your MyChart account.When your online statement arrives, you’ll get a MyChart message that your bill is ready to view. You can even conveniently pay your bill online through MyChart.

Note: If you prefer to receive paper statements, you can change your preference to get statements in the mail on your MyChart Billing Summary page.
