MultiCare and Valley Medical Center Partner to Host Virtual Town Hall October 19 to Answer COVID Questions
Covington, Wash., October 12, 2021 – MultiCare and Valley Medical Center are partnering to host a virtual town hall, COVID Myths: What You Need to Know, on Tuesday, October 19 from 6 to 7 p.m. The town hall will feature expert panelists from both hospital groups, Dr. Mike Hori, Medical Director, Infectious Disease, Valley Medical Center and Dr. Michael Myint, Physician Executive, MultiCare Health System.
The hospitals are partnering to answer questions about COVID, COVID testing and COVID vaccines and to dispel misinformation and myths about COVID. The session will be held virtually via Zoom and recorded and posted to YouTube for later viewing.The community is invited to participate in the virtual town hall via Zoom at https://valleymed.zoom.us/j/98637804701. The Covington Chamber of Commerce and Maple Valley-Black Diamond Chamber of Commerce are supporting the hospitals in planning the event and promoting it throughout the region.
