Trenecsia is a License Mental Health Counselor and a National Certified Counselor (NCC) that treats a variety of mental health disorders. She is a 2015 National Board for Certified Counselors. She is an ACA and AMHCA member. Her experience is centered around Mindfulness, Somatic Experiencing, Cultural-Relational, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Trenecsia has worked with a wide variety of mental health experiences including anxiety, depression, trauma, women's issues, race-based trauma (BIPOC), neurodivergence, identity development, and gender issues.
Trenecsia graduated from Seattle University in 2017 with a master's degree in education and a specialization of community mental health counseling. In her free time she enjoys watching movies, listening to music, and singing!
