Jessica Weinmann earned her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a focus on Exercise Science from the University of North Georgia. Growing up with a pulmonary condition, she struggled with exercise and often felt unable to keep up in physical education or sports. However, discovering a love for dance in high school transformed her perspective, showing her that exercise could be a source of joy beyond competition. Inspired by this shift, Jessica is now dedicated to helping others with health limitations experience the benefits of movement. She plans to pursue a master’s degree in exercise physiology, become a certified clinical exercise physiologist, and eventually teach future exercise science professionals. In her free time, Jessica enjoys dancing to BTS, writing her novel, studying Korean, and watching anime with her husband.
Note: Exercise services are not able to bill insurance directly for programs, but many insurance companies offer coverage for these services and may reimburse patients for the cost of the program.
