The Desimone Levee on the Green River failed and is under repair. The hospital is above the flood zone and currently in no danger of flooding. We evacuated our Time Square and Kent Station Clinics and our Lind Avenue locations. Several locations are experiencing staffing issues due to severe traffic impacts. Impacted patients are being contacted to reschedule appointments. Please be safe, do not drive or walk through standing water, and call 9-1-1 if you need emergency evacuation assistance.

Rebekah Strong, DNP is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). Through the lens of intersectionality, she takes a whole-person perspective when treating patients. Guided by evidence-based practice, she follows a shared decision-making model of healthcare. She works with her patients to identify problematic symptoms and develop a plan of care based on their priorities. She is particularly interested in neurodivergence, perinatal mental health, and supporting the unique needs of LGBTQIA+ patients.
Dr. Strong holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Russell Sage College in New York State. During the 12 years she spent working as a Registered Nurse in high-risk obstetrics, she recognized the need for mental health support before, during, and immediately after pregnancy. This inspired her to return to school and seek additional training in reproductive psychiatry.
Growing up in Seattle instilled in her an appreciation for the outdoors and good food. When away from the clinic, Dr. Strong is busy parenting, gardening, hiking, and baking.
