Henry Shieh, ARNP, is a nurse practitioner specializing in neurocritical care and neurosurgery. He has experience caring for patients with acute neurologic conditions, including stroke, intracerebral hemorrhage, traumatic brain injury, and other complex neurosurgical conditions. His clinical interests include critical care management, neurologic recovery, and supporting patients and families through serious illness. Henry is passionate about delivering compassionate, evidence-based care and values clear communication to help patients and families navigate complex medical decisions.
Henry attained his entry-level Masters in Nursing Science at the University of San Diego and worked as a bedside nurse for 5 years before completing his APRN degree. He continued to work with critically ill patients as an ARNP in Las Vegas and then Seattle. He earned his Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Georgetown University and continues to expand his expertise in neurosurgical care, including first assist in the operating room. Outside of work, Henry enjoys staying active through volleyball and fitness, exploring new experiences, and spending time with friends and family.
