On April 22 we had a pipe elbow failure in our Emergency Department (ED) causing a significant water leak. Crews are assessing the impact and we are in the process of water abatement. Our ED is open, but several rooms are currently offline which could increase wait times. Some surgeries are also being rescheduled.

Unlike many of her colleagues, Amy says she didn't always know she wanted to be a midwife. It wasn't until nursing school where she saw the different approaches to caring for pregnant and laboring women that she felt drawn to midwifery.
Amy loves being a midwife. She enjoys sharing knowledge with women and their families, and helping them make the best choices for themselves. She likes supporting and guiding women through the unique, exciting and sometimes scary experience of labor.
Amy has two fantastic children, both born at home with a midwife. She enjoys lots of family time, travel, and fine cooking.
