Casey Omori, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant at the Digestive Health Clinic who is passionate about delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. With interests spanning all areas of gastroenterology, he enjoys partnering with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their unique health goals and improve their quality of life.

Born and raised in Hawaii, Casey graduated magna cum laude from the University of Hawaii at Manoa with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He began his healthcare career as a Certified Nursing Assistant in Honolulu before moving to the Pacific Northwest to pursue his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Pacific University. Casey first practiced in urgent care settings in Portland and later Seattle, where he gained extensive experience managing a wide range of acute medical conditions. During this time, he discovered a strong interest in gastroenterology after frequently caring for patients with GI-related illnesses, inspiring him to specialize in digestive health. Outside the clinic, Casey enjoys traveling, staying active through weightlifting, playing video games, and searching for the perfect coffee and matcha cafés.
