The Desimone Levee on the Green River failed and is under repair. The hospital is above the flood zone and currently in no danger of flooding. We evacuated our Time Square and Kent Station Clinics and our Lind Avenue locations. Several locations are experiencing staffing issues due to severe traffic impacts. Impacted patients are being contacted to reschedule appointments. Please be safe, do not drive or walk through standing water, and call 9-1-1 if you need emergency evacuation assistance.

Jayashree Narayanan, MD, is board-certified in internal medicine. She believes in empowering her patients with knowledge about their acute/chronic health conditions so that they can make informed decisions. Before joining Valley Medical Center, she practiced at MultiCare Good Samaritan Hospital in Puyallup, serving population of Pierce and King County for eight years.
She was born and brought up in Mumbai, India. She received her medical degree from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Wardha in India. Apart from English, she speaks other Indian languages including Hindi, Marathi, and Malayalam. She completed her internal medicine residency training at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia. She is also a member of the American College of Physicians. When she is not working, she likes to spend time with family and friends. She also enjoys cooking, listening to music, and gardening.
