Courtney is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist who is passionate about helping individuals make realistic, sustainable lifestyle changes that improve their health and quality of life. Her approach is compassionate, practical, and evidence-based, focusing on helping patients build healthy habits that fit their unique goals, preferences, and everyday lives.

Courtney works with individuals managing diabetes, prediabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, weight concerns, and other chronic health conditions. She also has a special interest in women's health across the lifespan and helping individuals use nutrition to support long-term wellness, fitness, and disease prevention. She believes that food should be nourishing, enjoyable, and empowering not restrictive and partners with patients to build confidence in making lasting lifestyle changes.

Courtney earned her Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition from Washington State University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and taking advantage of the Pacific Northwest by spending time outdoors.
