The Desimone Levee on the Green River failed and is under repair. The hospital is above the flood zone and currently in no danger of flooding. We evacuated our Time Square and Kent Station Clinics and our Lind Avenue locations. Several locations are experiencing staffing issues due to severe traffic impacts. Impacted patients are being contacted to reschedule appointments. Please be safe, do not drive or walk through standing water, and call 9-1-1 if you need emergency evacuation assistance.

Provider Bio

Michael Kelly is a physical therapist who specializes in the treatment of orthopedic and vestibular disorders.  He has specific interest in helping individuals better understand the impairments behind their disorder and providing treatment options to help them regain normal function.  

Michael completed his undergraduate education at the University of Washington and earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Puget Sound in Washington state.   He has been a practicing physical therapist, and helping patients meet their goals, for over 20 years.    He strives to stay current on research to best help his patients.   

When not working Michael enjoys tennis, cycling, all things coffee, learning Japanese, and going on adventures with his dog.
