On April 22 we had a pipe elbow failure in our Emergency Department (ED) causing a significant water leak. Crews are assessing the impact and we are in the process of water abatement. Our ED is open, but several rooms are currently offline which could increase wait times. Some surgeries are also being rescheduled.

Mi Sun Kim, ARNP, has an interest in cardiothoracic surgery, cardiovascular diseases, general cardiology, and especially heart failure. She has been working with patients who underwent cardiothoracic surgery and patients with heart failure.
Mi Sun was born and bred in Korea and moved to Australia after attending college in Seoul for further education and her nursing career. Then, she moved to Seattle to become a nurse practitioner. She completed a doctorate of nurse practice at University of Washington. She is also a busy mom with two sons. Outside of work, she enjoys playing with her children, hiking, and playing the piano.
