Provider Bio

Darcy A. King, ARNP, is thrilled to join VMC as a women’s health nurse practitioner to more broadly serve women throughout the entire lifespan by providing well-woman, prenatal, contraceptive, and post-menopausal care. Darcy is deeply committed to helping empower women of all ages from diverse backgrounds and lifestyles to make their own health care decisions.

Darcy has a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Duke University. She received her Master of Science in nursing from University of Washington. Originally from upstate New York, she has lived from Africa to Alaska, but has called the Pacific Northwest home since 2010. For nearly the last decade she has provided care to women as a labor & delivery nurse, certified nurse midwife, or perinatology nurse practitioner.

Outside of work she enjoys cooking up whole food, plant-based recipes, getting her sweat on in her favorite fitness class, sipping Washington State wines, and getting snuggles at the end of the day from her four-legged fur baby.
