Matthew earned his bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Seattle Pacific University, inspired by the transformative impact of exercise on his own life. His passion led him to join Lifestyle Medicine, where he is dedicated to helping others experience the same benefits of an active lifestyle.
A Washington native, Matthew has a deep love for the outdoors. In his free time, he enjoys camping, hiking, paddleboarding, mountain biking, and weightlifting.
Note: Exercise services are not able to bill insurance directly for programs, but many insurance companies offer coverage for these services and may reimburse patients for the cost of the program.
