Abigail earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from The College of William & Mary and her Master of Science in Nutrition Interventions, Communication, and Behavior Change from the Tufts Friedman School. She has experience in nutrition research, biotechnology, and clinical nutrition, with a focus on metabolic health.
Abigail is passionate about helping individuals improve their health through realistic, sustainable lifestyle changes. She believes nutrition should support a healthy and enjoyable life—not feel restrictive or overwhelming. Her approach focuses on helping patients build confidence around food choices, develop lasting habits, and create a positive relationship with eating that aligns with their personal goals and lifestyle.
Originally from Seattle, Abigail enjoys exploring new restaurants, running rain or shine, practicing yoga, cheering on Seattle sports teams, and catching up on her favorite reality TV shows. Fun fact: as a child, she was a competitive rope skipper!
