Christel earned her Master of Occupational Therapy from the University of Washington and has specialized in Pelvic Health throughout her career. She completed advanced training through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and is passionate about providing evidence-based, compassionate care in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Christel believes pelvic health is an essential part of overall well-being and quality of life. She takes a holistic, patient-centered approach, partnering with individuals to address the physical, emotional, and functional aspects of pelvic health. Her goal is to help patients build confidence, restore function, and return to the activities that bring meaning to their lives. She has a special interest in supporting the LGBTQIA+ community and individuals across the neurodiversity spectrum through collaborative, individualized care.
Outside of work, Christel enjoys creating pottery, gardening, hiking to alpine lakes, and planning her next travel adventure.
