Lee Dolack, MD, is the medical director of the cardiac electrophysiology program at UW Medicine Valley Medical Center. He specializes in the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias with a particular interest in treatment of atrial fibrillation. As a clinical cardiac electrophysiologist, Dr. Dolack has extensive experience with ablation procedures and all aspects of cardiac device implantation. In addition to clinical evaluation, Dr. Dolack has procedural expertise in cryoablation and radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation and supraventricular tachycardia. He also has experience with newer implantable devices such as subcutaneous implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICD) and leadless pacemakers.

Dr. Dolack was born in Tacoma and graduated from the University of Notre Dame before attending University of Washington School of Medicine. He received his internal medicine training at the University of Vermont and returned to Seattle for his cardiology and cardiac electrophysiology training at UW. He remained on the faculty for 10 years at UW where he was an Associate Professor of Medicine before joining the VMC team. Dr. Dolack retains his academic appointment and continues to teach and perform procedures at UW Medical Center.

In his spare time, Dr. Dolack enjoys getting outside in the great Northwest with family and friends- skiing, windsurfing and bicycling. He also enjoys photography and reading modern fiction.
