Kaitlyn Clugston, DPT graduated from the University of Washington in 2018 with a BS in Public Health. After graduation, she worked as a PT aide at Northwest Outpatient rehab which gave her extensive exposure to the rehabilitation professions and confirmed her desire to become a Physical Therapist. She received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from George Washington University in 2022.
Kaitlyn completed multiple externship rotations across the western United States in a private practice, an acute care hospital setting and an outpatient rehabilitation clinic. Ultimately, she decided working with clients who have neurologic conditions, especially Parkinson’s Disease and Post-stroke conditions are her passion.
Kaitlyn grew up in the South Puget Sound area. She returned to Western Washington after school because of the beautiful nature and family connections. She is glad to be back working in her community. Outside of physical therapy, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking her dogs, biking, and running on local trails. She also volunteers with a local group offering fitness classes for those with neurologic mobility conditions. She is an ardent sports fan and can often be found at one of the many Seattle or UW sporting events, especially the Seattle Storm or OL Reign women’s professional teams.
