Julia Bakun, DPT, is a nationally certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist who joined Valley Medical Center in 2026. Originally from the Seattle area, she earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Utah.

Julia believes physical therapy plays a pivotal role in helping people better understand their bodies, recover from injury, and achieve meaningful movement and return to function goals. She enjoys treating a wide range of orthopedic conditions and has a particular interest in working with patients experiencing vestibular disorders, including vertigo, migraines, and concussions.

Outside of work, Julia takes full advantage of the outdoors whenever the weather allows. She enjoys hiking, skiing, rock climbing, playing soccer, and exploring the city on long walks.
