Provider Bio
Jennifer Braden, MD completed her medical training at the Medical College of Wisconsin, and residency, and fellowship at the University of Washington. Prior to psychiatry, she worked in public health as a medical epidemiologist.
Dr. Braden enjoys the breadth of psychiatry but has a particular interest in mental health problems in individuals with chronic pain, other chronic medical conditions, and substance use disorders. She has also been involved in research focused on chronic pain, opioids and mental health. She provides psychiatric consultation in several of Valley's primary care clinics as part of the Behavioral Health Integration Program (BHIP).
