On April 22 we had a pipe elbow failure in our Emergency Department (ED) causing a significant water leak. Crews are working hard to repair damage as quickly as possible. Navanshu Arora, MD, is a University of Missouri-Kansas City fellowship-trained physician specializing in Hematology & Oncology. He offers expeditious consultation and comprehensive evaluation and treatment for all cancer-related conditions.
In 2008, Dr. Arora received an award for “Top 10 Doctors” which recognizes patient satisfaction. He has contributed to more than 20 publications and actively pursued teaching students and residents in the University of Missouri School of Medicine. Dr. Arora held the position of docent for UMKC students and won the outstanding docent award. He was also elected as a Fellow for the American College of Physicians.
He did enroll the highest number of patients through the cooperative group trials for two years running. He also has been a principal investigator in a breast cancer trial.
