Amber earned her degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, and Exercise Physiology from Washington State University and became a Registered Dietitian in 2025. She is passionate about nutrition education and helping individuals use food and lifestyle habits to support their overall health and well-being. Her professional interests include diabetes management, renal disease, gastrointestinal health, and pediatrics.
Amber believes healthy eating should feel achievable, enjoyable, and personalized. She enjoys working alongside patients to better understand their unique needs, build confidence in their nutrition choices, and develop sustainable habits that support long-term health. Her goal is to help patients make progress without feeling restricted or overwhelmed.
Outside of work, Amber enjoys exercising, playing sports, cooking and baking, spending time with friends and family, and relaxing with a favorite sitcom or a good book. Having completed an internship with the Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation team at Valley Medical Center, she is excited to return and support patients on their health journey through Lifestyle Medicine.
