Clinician Leadership Updates

Dr. Gweniviere Capron has been appointed our new Trauma Medical Director. Fellowship-trained in critical care, burn, and trauma surgery, Dr. Capron brings extensive evidence-based expertise and valuable experience from her work at a Level 1 Trauma Center. Her leadership and clinical knowledge will be instrumental as we continue to advance our trauma program.

Dr. James Taggart will serve as our new Acute Care Surgery (ACS) Medical Director. Dr. Taggart brings prior medical director experience along with a strong background in program development at his previous organization. His leadership experience and commitment to surgical excellence make him well suited for this role.
