FREE Event for Patients to Learn About Fall Prevention

Do you have a patient or family member at risk of experiencing a fall or who has already had one? Refer them to our upcoming FREE fall prevention event organized by the Trauma Services and GoldenCare teams.

When: Wednesday, April 29, 8 AM – 12 PM
Where: Medical Arts Center Conference Area (1^st floor)

Event Agenda:

• 8 AM: Doors open
• 8 – 9:30 AM: Vendor and resource booths 
• 9:30 – 10:45 AM: Screening of "Denying Gravity," a fall prevention play by SAGES Theatre Inc.
• 11 AM - 12 PM: Q&A with medical professionals about preventing falls
