On April 22 we had a pipe elbow failure in our Emergency Department (ED) causing a significant water leak. Crews are assessing the impact and we are in the process of water abatement. Our ED is open, but several rooms are currently offline which could increase wait times. Some surgeries are also being rescheduled.
We’re excited to announce that providers can now refer patients directly to HealthyCare — our free, community-based lifestyle education session.
What is HealthyCare?
HealthyCare is a live session that helps breakdown perceived barriers, and provides education around many the challenges that we deal with when facing chronic disease as a community. It’s designed to spark motivation, provide guidance, and connect patients to the next step in their care journey.
