On April 22 we had a pipe elbow failure in our Emergency Department (ED) causing a significant water leak. Crews are assessing the impact and we are in the process of water abatement. Our ED is open, but several rooms are currently offline which could increase wait times. Some surgeries are also being rescheduled.
Hospital Outpatient Lab Now Open

The Outpatient Lab, on the second floor of the hospital, has recently re-opened. Here are the departments that this lab is now servicing:
- Emergency Department (discharged patients only)
- Employee Health
- Birth Center ED/Triage (discharged patients only)
- Birth Center (baby billirubins)
- Radiation Oncology
- Neurology and LabCorp (for P2Y12 only)
- Star Clinic
NOTE: All other clinic providers should continue using their on-site LabCorp locations for patient lab orders.
Outpatient Lab Information
Hours of Operation
Monday – Friday: 8 AM to 4:30 PM
Saturday & Sunday (baby bilirubins only): 10 AM to 2 PM
Acceptable Orders for the Outpatient Lab:
- Printed manual requisitions
- Printed electronic requisitions
- Patients with LabCorp order/requisitions (baby bilirubin, P2Y12)
- Patients with handwritten orders that are from the approved departments
