New Medical Directors

Rajib Choudhury, MD, is our new Associate Medical Director for Medical Specialties.  Rajib has been part of the medical staff since 2003 and has served as the Medical Director of Cardiology since 2015.  He has been integral to the growth and expansion of cardiology services during his time here.  I'm excited that he will be bringing his expertise to managing all of the medical specialties. 

Krista Kawaguchi, MD, is our new Associate Medical Director for Neurology and Psychiatry and Counseling Clinic (PCC). Krista joined Valley in 2015 after completing her neurology residency and epilepsy fellowship at University of Washington. She has been Medical Director for outpatient adult neurology since 2019.  She has been very successful in helping to grow neurology, and in her new role she will oversee outpatient pediatric neurology, outpatient stroke neurology, and the PCC.  She has been very successful in helping to grow neurology and I look forward to her bringing her energy and experience to her new areas.

Amitoj Marwaha, MD, is our new Medical Director for Cardiology.  Amitoj has been part of the medical staff since 2013 and has previously served as the Medical Director of Cardiology Imaging.  I'm excited to welcome him to his new expanded role in cardiology. 

Bryan Serkin, MD, is our new Medical Director for Ear, Nose & Throat.  Bryan has been part of the medical staff since 2010 and has been instrumental in successfully guiding the growth of the ENT clinic.
