We are excited to share that Valley has established a new relationship with CarePayment to offer an easy way to help patients afford their medical bills with long term, no-interest payment plans. In addition to traditional payment plan options, patients are now able to establish “pre-service” payments plans with CarePayment, arranging financial coverage prior to scheduling care for services such as a surgery, imaging, or procedure; this type of pre care financing has not been previously offered at Valley.
What do staff and providers need to know about CarePayment?
Patients will be referred to CarePayment as an option if their bill or estimate reaches aging level, or if they are delinquent on a bill through a Valley payment plan.
