We have an exciting, new leadership opportunity open to all employed Physicians and Advanced Care Practitioners: Medical Director for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Program. Our EDI program is critical for VMC’s ongoing, and future success, and we would like to add this important leadership position to our EDI team. Prerequisites for this position:
1. VMC employed licensed Physician, or Advanced Care Practitioner.
2. Minimum of three years’ experience in practice following training.
3. Experience as a Medical Director preferred.
4. Maintains an active medical practice
5. Professional experience in equity, diversity, and inclusion programs in healthcare settings desirable, but not required.
This position will be a 0.05 FTE administrative position.
