On April 22 we had a pipe elbow failure in our Emergency Department (ED) causing a significant water leak. Crews are assessing the impact and we are in the process of water abatement. Our ED is open, but several rooms are currently offline which could increase wait times. Some surgeries are also being rescheduled.
Imaging Appointment Scheduling in MyChart
Do you have a patient who needs an x-ray or ultrasound? Let them know that they can save a phone call and schedule via MyChart for appointments at Valley Diagnostic Imaging in the Medical Arts Center building.
Scheduling via MyChart is a quick and easy process: Once a provider places an x-ray or ultrasound order, patients with a MyChart account will see a message under the "Visits" tab on their account that lets them know they have an appointment that needs to be scheduled.
X-rays can be scheduled immediately. Ultrasounds are released on the hour every day between 6 AM and 10 PM. Any orders placed after 10 PM will not be released until 6 AM the next day.
