Valley Block Party This Saturday: Not Too Late to RSVP!
YOU'RE INVITED TO THE VALLEY BLOCK PARTY
As a thank you to our 4,000+ REMARKABLE Valley team members for caring for our community like family through it all, we're hosting an all-staff block party event on Saturday, September 23.
Open to Valley staff, volunteers and their immediate family members, the gathering will feature a picnic buffet lunch, lawn games, tours of our future Cancer Center and live music from The Red Hot Band. Come celebrate, enjoy each other's company and have a little fun!
WHAT: Valley Block Party Celebration for all staff, volunteers and their immediate family members
WHEN: Saturday, September 23, 2023, 11 AM – 3 PM
WHERE: Valley Medical Center Main Campus, East Pavilion 3rd floor and open outdoor area between East Pavilion, Talbot Professional Center and main hospital.
If you haven’t already filled out the RSVP form, please send an email to provider_outreach@valleymed.org and include the number of guests who will be attending, in addition to yourself. Having a head count will help us be prepared with enough food and other event items.
- Due to space restrictions, we are only able to accommodate staff, volunteers and their immediate family members.
- If you are scheduled to work on September 23 and would like to attend the party during your break, please RSVP so we make sure to order plenty of food.
- If you work at one of Valley's three urgent care clinics and are scheduled to work on September 23, you do not need to RSVP. Treats will be sent to your clinic that day.
- If you work from home and are not local (live 50+ miles from Valley's main campus), watch your mailbox in September for a little celebration in a box.
PARKING: Please use Parking Garage C and come across the walkway or skybridge. For this day, staff are permitted to park in patient parking spaces in Garage C.
