Through suggestions made by staff in the Operation Ascend survey, our work with Premier and research into current industry practices, we have evaluated the 5% employee discount in the cafeteria.
With the broad financial challenges we face, the difficult decision has been made to discontinue this practice beginning May 1. We know many have enjoyed this discount program over the years and appreciate the adaptability of our teams in identifying and implementing expense reductions that will pave the way toward a sustainable future.
