On April 22 we had a pipe elbow failure in our Emergency Department (ED) causing a significant water leak. Crews are assessing the impact and we are in the process of water abatement. Our ED is open, but several rooms are currently offline which could increase wait times. Some surgeries are also being rescheduled.

Dr. Melanie Chong, Allergy & Immunology Clinic, gave a presentation at the PCP meeting on March 9.
Objectives:
- Distinguish the differences between food intolerance and food allergy
- Understand the indications for serum IgE and skin testing to foods
- Advise against the use of IgG food testing for food intolerances
- Initial management for food intolerances
