The final provider coaching class led by Wallace Wilkins, Ph.D was held last month. Here are the videos and materials links:

Class 1: Navigating Change, Turmoil, Surprises & Setbacks with Resilience | Here is the video and here are the materials from Sep. 14

Change and turmoil provide opportunities for advancement—if you know how to navigate. In this seminar, you’ll identify a simple, mindful formulation to deal with any situation gracefully. Prevent burn-out—or even getting crispy. By identifying and practicing fresh perspectives, you can engage change, reduce negativity and move on to greater success.

Class 2: Positive Communication for Positive Mood and Positive Performance | Here is the video and here are the materials from Nov. 3

Polish your communication skills to enhance your workplace relationships, your performance and your leadership success. Learn how to convert negative criticisms into constructive support. Identify a communication strategy that creates inspiration and achievement for yourself and your team.

Class 3: Dealing with Workplace Anger (Your Own and Others’) | Here is the video and here are the materials from Dec. 1

Higher demands, time pressures and less personal control can lead to greater frustration and shorter fuses. By identifying the one cause of anger that you can control 100%, you can eliminate your anger and disruptions. Identify four pervasive myths about anger. Let go of aggravating resentments and grudges.

Leadership to Enhance Team Morale and Performance | Here is the video and here are the materials from Jan. 5

You can learn a process to modify your judgments of team members to maintain a mentoring relationship even after a setback. Conduct a simple self-assessment to identify your leadership habits that emphasize tasks or relationships (or both). By examining three elements of perfectionism, you’ll gain the benefits of setting audaciously high goals without the liabilities (and burn-out) of perfectionistic demands.
