As a participant in the Human Rights Campaign's annual Healthcare Equality Index, Valley Medical Center staff have access to over 50 different online, on-demand, CME-accredited LGBTQ training modules and courses. These range from an introduction to the LGBTQ community, to the specifics of gender affirming hormones, taking a sexual history or legal aspects affecting the transgender community. Completing trainings also help Valley maintain our top Leadership score on the HEI, as long as you are registered with Valley's facility code (15065).
Explore over 50 different online, on-demand, CME-accredited LGBT training options that are free to Valley Medical Center staff. These training options include both interactive eLearning courses and recorded webinars, and are updated at least yearly.
