The Desimone Levee on the Green River failed and is under repair. The hospital is above the flood zone and currently in no danger of flooding. We evacuated our Time Square and Kent Station Clinics and our Lind Avenue locations. Several locations are experiencing staffing issues due to severe traffic impacts. Impacted patients are being contacted to reschedule appointments. Please be safe, do not drive or walk through standing water, and call 9-1-1 if you need emergency evacuation assistance.

Author: Carrie Gotch, Project Manager
Effective June 19, 2021 Valley is replacing our current document management solution, ChartMaxx, with an even better solution called OnBase. OnBase has superior Epic integration and advanced technology that will optimize productivity and increase employee satisfaction.

Here are a couple of new features to be on the lookout for:
• Preview patient documents within Media Manager, including historical documents
• Visibility of a document correction in progress with a digital post-it notes

BENEFITS: OnBase is more intuitive, easier to use with fewer errors and has faster response time.
