On April 22 we had a pipe elbow failure in our Emergency Department (ED) causing a significant water leak. Crews are assessing the impact and we are in the process of water abatement. Our ED is open, but several rooms are currently offline which could increase wait times. Some surgeries are also being rescheduled.

Valley Clinics and Services Scheduling Status for Monday 2/15/21

The clinics or services listed below are delaying their opening time to 9 AM. This includes in-person appointments at the clinics and telehealth video appointments. Patients who have appointments scheduled before 9 AM will be contacted to reschedule. All other appointments times will remain as scheduled.
- Primary Care Clinics
- Specialty Care Clinics
- Urgent Care Clinics
- Lifestyle Medicine, Cardiac Rehab and Fitness Center
- Outpatient Rehab Services
- Vantage Diagnostic Imaging Services in the Medical Arts Center (MAC) and Olympic Building
Exceptions: Psychiatry and Counseling; Children's Therapy; COVID-19 Testing and Vaccine appointments will remain as originally scheduled.
All other clinical, surgical and procedural services will open at regular hours. If you have an appointment scheduled, plan on arriving at the time originally asked by your care team, unless you are contacted otherwise.
