• Learn the 10 different types of seizures
• Understand that seizures are just one of the problems that occur in the 40 epilepsy syndromes
• Know when to order testing for suspected seizures
• Learn how to differentiate epileptic seizures from psychogenic and physiologic non-epileptic episodes
• Gain understanding of the 32 anti-seizure medications
• Learn about how neuromodulation and brain surgery are used to treat refractory epilepsy
