Valley is impacted by a nationwide shortage of IV fluids as a result of Hurricane Helene. We are watching the situation closely and working hard to conserve available supplies, but because of the shortage, we may need to reschedule non-emergency surgeries or change some of our hospital procedures. We are committed to continuing to give all patients the highest quality of care. We appreciate your understanding and hope to be back to normal operations soon.
The COVID-19 global pandemic has caused major disruptions to the supply chain. Early in our response with the expected surge in patients, we asked for the community’s help. Individuals in our community and local businesses answered that call, allowing us to stay operational and to keep our staff and patients safe. We are exceptionally grateful. Thank you is simply not adequate enough for the overwhelming support and love we have received over the past eight weeks.
As our COVID-19 response efforts continue over the coming months and we begin to shift to a new normal, there are several supplies we continue to need. Below is a list of items and drop-off information.
