Every staff member at Valley has a role in safety--your input helps us get better!

Valley started administering the Culture of Safety Survey in 2008. Feedback from this anonymous survey is utilized by the management team and has spurred initiatives including:
◦ Expanding and deepening organizational work around Just Culture
◦ Creating a plan for organization-wide TeamSTEPPS implementation
◦ Initiation of a handoff team
◦ Improving structure regarding safety event report follow up and communication

Your participation in this survey will provide valuable insights into opportunities for improvement and areas working well that we want to sustain.
