This course is designed for leaders to become thoroughly knowledgeable in the process of interviewing providers. Attendees will examine, learn, and understand fundamental principles of provider interviewing processes, structure, behavior, and questions. Additionally, students will examine, learn, and understand the role of establishing and maintaining rapport in interviewing situations as well as various methods used to establish and maintain it.

Audience: Medical Center Managers, Associate Medical Directors, Medical Directors, Advanced Care Practitioners and Physician Assistants involved in provider interviews

Dates: We are hosting two sessions. October 2, 5 - 8 PM and November 12, 5 - 8 PM
