Note: When classes are not in session, the gym is open for use. Kinesis machines and TechnoGym machines can be used during class periods excluding yoga and Pilates times. The functional training area is always open.

A great cardiovascular workout incorporating basic step choreography with upbeat music.

Boot Camp

Working every part of your body and every area of fitness, this high intensity Boot Camp class will make you sweat!  This class utilizes all gym equipment including sandbags, kettle bells, the Kinesis, ropes and more!

Core Fusion

A metabolic class designed to target the powerhouse of the body– the torso and hips!  Functional movements will beused to harness the power of the body and high intensity cardio intervals willmake this 30 minute class a challenging, quick workout.

Involves the use of bench stepping to music with creative moves to create a high-intensity, low impact cardiovascular workout.  Choose your own intensity level simply bylowering or adding height to your step. A great workout for beginners to advanced.
