Sleep tight

If you find yourself tossing and turning because you can't get comfortable in your changing body, try this:

  • Sleep on your side—your left side is best.
  • Keep your legs and knees bent and a pillow between your legs.
  • Place a pillow under your abdomen.
  • If you have heartburn, try propping your upper body with pillows.
  • If you are short of breath, try lying on your side or propped up with pillows.
